Every day.Anyone has days where they're stuck in bed not wanting to get up?
This is around the time of year that I experience burn out from work. It’s been hard to get a pet sitter for much needed trips. So I've been noticing a trend. I usually feel the worst around the same time each month. Of course, I also have had anniversaries of stuff the last couple months around the same time. So I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not.
Started feeling crappy Sunday night. Thought it was because of the TV show I watched before bed, had some triggers in it. Yesterday night was also bad and now today too.
I get to see my nephews tonight though, first time since Feb, so that's good.
I have a vacation in two weeks, week long road trip down around Lake Ontario, up through Niagara Falls, play at Stratford, see friends I haven't seen in a few years, one night at each of my parents.
Still not a relaxing vacation. I have issues taking time to relax. It feels like a waste. I have a week in October my girlfriend wants us to do a Mexican resort. Just a week of doing nothing. I need the break despite feeling like it's a waste so will probably do it.
One good thing, despite having a bad nights of sleep, on average, I've now had the best, most consistent sleep I've had in years. I have averaged a minimum of seven hours a night every night for the last seven weeks. Beating my previous beat stretch of 6 weeks in December. Before which I never got anywhere close to that. I average 20 min more of sleep a night than I did a year ago, and 40 min more than two years ago.

Seems reasonable. Now the other store where I'm thinking about going is a Fry's, which is part of Kroger, and my mom's talked to some of the people who work there, and they've said everybody there is nice, and they've never been yelled at or anything like that. So if that is true, that would make things easier for me, and if I'm on the floor stocking and organizing things, I would have a lot less interactions with the customers, and even when I did most of them would be a lot quicker than when I was at the meat counter, which was actually another Fry's
