The oldest actor from TOS still alive is now 100 and about a month.

Which one?

A background actor; don't recall now. Quite a few are in their mid to late 90's tho and many more in their 80s

I found more, this time from Season 3 of TOS -
Peter Vireo passed in 2022, age of 81. Played a warrior in 'The Paradise Syndrome'.
Foster Hood passed in 2008, age of 85. Played an Indian in 'The Paradise Syndrome'.
Victor Toyota passed in 1987, age of 64. Played Tsing Tao in 'And the Children Shall Lead'.
Charles Cirillo passed in 1999, age of 91. Played a barfly in 'Spectre of the Gun'.
Charles Beck passed in 2016, ae of 78. Played guard #2 in 'Elaan of Troyius'.
Sally Yarnell passed in 1995, age of 80. Played a Lieutenant in 'Requiem for Methuselah'.
This brings total passings to 383 from TOS.

Victor Toyota passed in 1987, age of 64. Played Tsing Tao in 'And the Children Shall Lead'.

Seriously? The character was named Tsing Tao? That's the name of one of the biggest breweries in China, dating back to 1903!

Larry Robb passed 1990, age of 65. Played a Bandi citizen in TNG's episode 'Encounter at Farpoint'.
Julian Christopher passed 2023, age of 78. Played 'Hagon' in TNG's episode 'Code of Honor'.

Point of clarification? Is this thread to tell us who has ever died that was on Star Trek ever no matter when? Or to break the current news of who has left us?

I don't know about anyone else, but this is a thread that induces a certain anxiety when it appears in my alerts. And it's gotten fairly noisy of late.

It's for both new passings and when old passings are discovered. Been that way for almost 6 years. I like when cast are celebrated for their contribution at the time of their death and when we find they may have been overlooked when they did pass.

Also, ImdB has updated almost all their records, as has Memory Alpha. I've been doing this research for years now and this is the first year that I can truly find actors who had disappeared from Hollywood. I I know of only a max of 5 I can not find a trace of.

The only TOS actor who has spoken lines who I can't identify is "sentinel" who talks to Plasus while holding the "trog" who commits suicide.

I wish I could find his name. He is the last one of 400 actors who had lines.
Kathryn "Gem" Hays was obviously a featured player even though she had no lines.

Grant, there are four actors from 'The Cloud Minders' that are unknown. I'm pretty sure I have the names of the rest correct but if you know something I don't, please correct me. can't seem to upload pics.

I generally only pay attention to the actors with spoken lines. I don't follow the extras and stunt people.

Kirk Raymond - white cloud guard 1
Jimmy Fields - black cloud guard 2
Ed Long - white troglyte unnamed
Fred Williamson - black troglyte Anka
Garth Pillsbury - white troglyte unnamed
Harv Selsby - unconscious guard
Louie Elias - white Troglyte 1 w mask
Dick Geary - white Sentinel 1
Jay D. Jones - white troglyte 3 w mask
Bob Miles - white sentinel unknown - stands in far back
Marvin Walters - black troglyte w mask
There are two sentinels holding the arms of a prisoner that I find nothing for tho both could still be living as they were young.
There is a couple (M&F) cloud citizens that walk R to L before the camera that are unknown. The woman is also quite young.

Lastly, I found that Casey Kono passed away in 2006, age of 49 who played the Ops Ensign in TNG's episode 'A Matter of Honor'.

Wendy Davies passed in 2018, age of 63. Played a sciences officer in TNG's episode 'The Host'.
Nicholas Kepros passed 2023, age of 90. Played General Movar in the episode 'Redemption'.

Just saw tonight that Nicolas Dwynn Coster passed away today, 6/26/23, age of 86. He played Admiral Haftel in TNG's episode 'The Offspring'.

I've no idea how I missed these deaths unless they were actors that couldn't be found at one point and now are listed.
Matt Tufo passed 2018, age of 70. Played the barber in 'Ensign Ro'.
Carmen Emeterio passed 2010, age of 83. Played a Romulan civilian in 'Unification pt. 1'
George Ede passed 2007, age of 75. Played a poet in 'Cost of Living'.

Clive Church passed in 1999, age of 82. Played Maurice Picard in 'Tapestry'.
Norman Snow passed in 2022, age of 72. Played Torin in 'Rightful Heir'.

I think Church who played Picards dad had that one single acting credit. His hairline got him the jiob

Grant, or anyone, does anyone have any information on Frank Owen Smith who played the part of Curzon Dax in DSN's episode 'Emissary'? He was at least 70 when he appeared. He'd be at least 100 today. I can find nothing even tho Imdb was updated June 19th, 2023.
