I did. I'll be very surprised, if this can be confirmed to be authentic, especially produced in 2006 or earlier (1995) as the OP video claims.

The video is missing the usual copyright notices and fine print present in almost every commercial. Were these clipped, edited out, or what?

It's hard to find out anything about this because it's so old. Apparently it features actor Tim Lounibos, who's quite a bit older now. So 1995 seems reasonable.
