The registry of Sisko's Saratoga would seem to indicate they were. Same with the Lakota.I’d be surprised if Starfleet was still constructing starships from a century old model.

Why does Star Trek keep doing this?
I do hope it's not rubbish.
To be honest my expectations are low. I'm well-accustomed to Star Trek games being a bit crap. The joy derived from them is being able to play inside the Star Trek universe, so if it can capture that and isn't too buggy, I'll be happy enough.
$40, not a bad price depending on how long it is.
This game being deeply story driven makes me wonder if we will ever see Star Trek evolve beyond the "only movie/televisions productions are canon" restrictions one day.
