With the game being set right after Nemesis, it’ll be the NCC-21445 ship. Not entirely sure what class she’ll be though.

You know, they don't give us a wider shot of the shuttle. So, maybe, it is a shuttle from the NCC-2000 or the NCC-2000 ended up being lost in the region, the show/movies never gave her an ultimate fate. If it is the entire ship that is lost, maybe that is why Spock took an interest in that particular sector of space to begin with.

Now mind you it's entirely possible that the Resurgence devs just aren't *that* nitpicky..

But the Excelsior shuttle pennant uses the movie era style, not the TNG or First Contact style
