I actually like the idea that Garth suggested, apparently elsewhere and in jest, that they'll recommission the Ent-D. It's too good of a "Why not?"

What's the betting on whether Picard will survive the finale?
I have no idea what Patrick Stewart's position is on keeping the door open to coming back in the future, but I could see Stewart wanting a finality to the character after doing 3 seasons of Picard and open to killing off the character.

Patrick said he wanted to do more after he filmed Season 3.
I'd say Picard is by far the most likely of the TNG-7 to not survive PICARD. Killing off any of the other regulars would necessitate occupying too much of 310's time to do it justice. I thought if one of them were to die, it would be in 308 or 309... and instead we got a Data resurrection.
I don’t think any of the main characters are going to die
I will be surprised if any of the mains die.
