They had a perfectly servicable model from the TNG - R, why did they use this one??
I think the wall beige was a bit off
Different programs. They had a perfectly servicable model from the TNG - R, why did they use this one??
Maybe they lost it.They had a perfectly servicable model from the TNG - R, why did they use this one??
It took until now to realize this matches the painting in Picard's Ready Room/Study. No wonder the first episode lingered on the painting.
E was a warship, very anti-trek core message. D was exploration. F goes back to exploration with it's combined warp drive, and slipstream drive.
I expect if the F was in a show of it's own or had a few movies I'd probably learn to love it but with the limited screentime it's had I just don't like the design.
Cool but yeah, ho are they going to win with one measly little ship?
It also only looks good from higher angles. From head on and below is kind of squat and ugly (I don't like the neckless look) and from the side it looks like the SeaQuest with nacelles.
The E-E was designed to look fast and evoke the image of a combined 24th century Constitution/Excelsior class
I mean, sure, but it's not very attractive!![]()
We saw the E in a few movies. We don't know that it's a warship.E was a warship, very anti-trek core message. D was exploration. F goes back to exploration with it's combined warp drive, and slipstream drive.
They better wear bling belts while doing it.They'll make sure... history never forgets... the name... Enterprise.
It's in the wrong city and it would be cheaper to rebuild then it would be to tear it down, ship it 2,500 miles, and rebuild it.It's the same situation we had after Disco S2. You don't build such a nice bridge set and then never use it again. It led to SNW...
And they can modify the D bridge into whatever the Ross bridge might look like, or a new Nebula, or a New Orleans...![]()
There should be wrecked ones in scrapyards from the Dominion War. Some I'm guessing decommissioned because of age or damage.I guess the question is; how did Starlet end up with a spare Galaxy class star drive section?
Nope both Maya.Different programs.
A ship damaged during the Dominion War that was parted out and then used for restoration purposes as a museum piece since full functionality would not be required. Then Geordi slowly repaired it as a passion project. The rest, as they say, is history.I guess the question is; how did Starlet end up with a spare Galaxy class star drive section?
Then they just hate fans.Nope both Maya.
And Tobias Richter did it. I doubt he lost it
