Spoilers Starship Design in Star Trek: Picard

I'll take most of them over most of DSC Season 1's 23rd century starship designs.

The only thing I liked was the concept of the Shenzhou havin the bridge on the bottom, that was cool.

I would have preferred the otherall aesthetic being a bit more TOS, but its just a visual issue anyway

"Sir, I haven't able to poop since we stopped at that freaky automated repair station a month ago."

"I...didn't need to know that, Trip."

I liked the Shepard-class a lot but there wasn't much there in the Battle of the Binary Stars for me to visually enjoy.
That's a nice one too (probably because it's an upside-down Shenzhou :D). I'm also a bit partial to the Engle-class (USS T'Plana-Hath). It always looked to me like a TOS-esque Defiant type (especially the front/rear views). Compact, tough and highly maneuverable. I just wish these damn ships had normal rounded nacelles. If they'd have changed just that one thing about them, had the suits done something smart for once and overruled Fuller, they would look orders of magnitude better than what was finally shown on screen. This was one major example at how "25% different" became "200% worse".
