I was hoping they’d all named for Funk bands

Space...the disco inferno. These are the voyages of the Mothership Connection Discovery. Its five-year boogie: To explore strange new dance floors. To seek out new mirrorballs and new polyester civilizations. To boldly groove where no one has grooved before

"Sir, shall we deploy Da Bomb?"

"Engage. And prepare the Promentalshitbackwashpsychosis Enema Squadron."

The Parliament-class ships are all named for 21st century British Prime Ministers of the pre-World War III period. So there will be 14 ships just for the first three decades of the century.

I'm a little confused on the posting about the Saratoga..Dave Blass posts..

"next we have the USS Saratoga (not the caption)"

So I guess the Saratoga must be a replica?

The Lexington, NCC-30405 has a pretty good history in Star Trek canon, having appeared in DS9 and First Contact.

He meant 'note'. Read the text on the image.

The Saratoga at the museum is the one from ST4, modified to represent the Saratoga from DS9.

The Sentinel, NCC-68455, was mentioned in DS9 but the class wasn't shown. In non-canon books and comics she has that same registry and Sonya Gomez was Chief Engineer during the Dominion War
