And it wasn't even really a war, was it? I don't remember the Federation and Klingon fleets actually SHOOTING at each other. Didn't the Organians stop it before any hostilities actually broke out?
The Klingons did open fire on the Enterprise. The Remastered episode shows D7 battle cruisers facing the 1701 and taking shots at her.

So getting back to the Starfleet museum, were there any ships you would have liked to see that weren’t shown? Other than seeing the Enterprise-A, the Defiant, the NX refit, the Constellation class and Voyager, I was pretty underwhelmed with the rest of the ‘relics.’ I would have liked to see:
1. A Franz Joseph dreadnought (teased in episode 1),
2. An Ambassador class, or any kinds of variants thereof,
3. Some original fan-made older designs,
4. FASA designs,
5. A Huron-type TAS freighter,
6. And of course the Enterprise-D saucer.

Yep, I forgot about those. I would have liked to see them as well. And maybe even the Abramsprise as a head-exploding Easter egg.
Would they not require Abrams' permission to include anything from his films in PIC?
