Well now, Wes Crusher was supposedly born in July of 2348, and he's a baby in his crib when his father records that message to him. I say "supposedly" because the birthday thing is weakly established, while his father wearing the TWOK uniform while he was an infant is canonically established in "Family."
So this does place the TWOK uniform as being worn at the end of the 2340s. And that makes it impossible to rule out the assertion that it was still in use into the 2350s.
Similarly, Jack is stated or inferred to have died in 2353. So, the labeling of that Picard photo as "early 2350s" is not established beyond challenge, since the shot is from a scene that takes place after Jack's death.
There is no " Tzenkethi War" as such; Sisko refers to "The last Tzenkethi War."
Similarly, the "Federation-Cardassian War" has been inferred/established to have begun in 2347. If Jack Crusher is wearing a TWOK uniform in 2348, then they were in use during that war.*
All of that is debatable, of course.
So, @Caeruleus please don't wade into a speculative conversation about Star Trek events and chronologies with the assertion that you're "100% correct" and the other poster is wrong. It will bite you in the butt every time.

I would first like to apologize as my response to you was overly grumpy and over the top. But I think looking from the timeline, it seems pretty clear, in this imaginary world we like to discuss, anyway, that there was overlap of uniforms during those war years. Maybe they even switched them during that conflict, or the switchover of uniforms was not exactly uniform. It doesn't seem like Starfleet generally has one uniform design to cover everything.

- Connor Rossa is seen wearing the 2350s-2370s style Starfleet uniform on a photograph holding young Jeremiah shortly after his birth in 2353. This might be the earliest chronological appearance of the uniform.

I have a challenge for anyone who is interested. There were two graphic displays with five ships each. We have been discussing the first. I would like to see a discussion on the second display. Other than the Intrepid-class, I can not identify the ship designs. So, my challenge is this, can anyone identify the ship designs? The time stamp for this second graphic display is at 26:48 and 26:58.

Well spotted, I hadn't noticed they were different. It does seem to be the same ship list, just scrolled back one place. The first ship is a Nova-class, followed by the same Akira, Intrepid, TOS-Constitution, and Insigna*, with the Titan-A/Shangri-La falling off the right edge. It's too out of focus to read the NCC numbers.
The timecode is right, but the name is wrong, that's the shot of the Enterprise-A. Visible below it is the not-quite-TOS Romulan Bird of Prey, from PIC season 1 and Strange New Worlds. I'd take a screencap, but it's mostly blocked by the nacelle, so you can only tell what it is in motion.

Not sure what the deal with the maroons is.They were used on TNG to visually signify "this is the past".
There's no reason why they can't coexist with the early TNG costumes, possibly as a formal uniform.
Starfleet frequently has loads of uniform options available, there's ample of evidence of this from 1966 to the present.

For what it's worth. Terry Matalas shared this on his own Twitter feed and seems happy about it. Canon? Technically no, but hey, works for me.

I always liked the "Four Days' War" as a name for what happened in "Errand of Mercy," but it seems reasonable enough, the Oraganian Peace Treaty ended the Organian War. Either is better than Memory Alpha's poor antiseptic "Federation-Klingon War (2267)"
The term "Organian War" implies that the Organians were involved in it. They weren't. They just stopped it.
Technically, the maroons were still in use during the first season of TNG, because they reused TVH stock footage of Starfleet Command in “Conspiracy.”
