Yep. A future where a very long and bloody war with the Romulans had resulted from the Neutral Zone outpost attacks. That's not even supposed to be the same Monster Maroons we're used to.
The monster maroon was from the changed timeline. I'm guessing Pike surviving had some kind of effect on the way the starfleet uniform designer designed the Maroons.
And the war that must have raged a good twenty years or even more after the timeline was changed.

Even the monster maroons evolved/de-evolved over time. The turtleneck undershirt eventually became just a tee-shirt before disappearing altogether, and eventually the big belt & buckle was eliminated too. By the time it was finally retired, it was a watered-down version of what it originally was, IMO.
I anticipate that if the Enterprise-C era ever gets explored in a dedicated series, then the uniforms would receive something like the DIS season 2 treatment - everyone else in the fleet except the Enterprise crew is wearing a different uniform portrayed by the actors wearing a newly-designed modern costume.
Right now it seems pretty certain that any series is going to get its own uniforms, whenever it takes place, and they'll be lucky to stick around for three seasons.

I hope we get to see a little more of her on Frontier-Day. Otherwise I would be a little annoyed that we only get to see the NX-01 from a distance.
Kind of funny that Lower Decks is (I think?) the only modern show that has stuck to the same uniform for three seasons.

Pretty sure that Discovery had their season 1 uniforms during season 3 still. It wasn’t till the very last scene that they transitioned to new uniforms because they were now part of future starfleet.
SNW and Prodigy literally only had a single season so far.
I give you Picard, though.
Exactly. Discovery abandoned their first uniform before the season was completely over. 
(And then they swapped out all those new uniforms after just one scene. Gotta be a record!)

Did Enterprise not maintain the same uniform design throughout it's entire run with the exception of name tags being added in the very last episode?
That's 4 years of the same uniform, second only to Voyager, which never changed their design in the whole 7 year run.

I personally do not mind most of the design choices except for the scale of the interior of the ship.
