Last movie you saw?

There actually is a movie called Apollo 11, but it was a documentary using actual footage of the Apollo 11 mission. I've seen it once, and as someone who wasn't alive for the real Apollo 11, I found it quite interesting.

Saw that one in the theatre when it was released. Was quite amazing seeing all that footage remastered. Coincidentally, there's a member of one of our astronomy clubs whose Father appeared in one of the clips in the crowd during launch.

Last night I was perusing HBO Max wanting to watch a horror movie... and settled on Citizen Kane :lol:

It's been a movie I'd always wanted to watch, but never got around to it... until last night. Even knowing the Rosebud twist, I still found the movie enjoyable and Orson Welles an excellent actor.

2010
For the 2010th time. I have some movies I just always put on when I can't decide about all of my other movies.

Meteor(1979)
Where Eagles Dare
The Man From Earth
Dr. Strangelove

These get played endlessly.

I think there is a remake of Meteor but I have not seen it or read anything about it.

The Man From Earth is enjoyable. I love that movie

Had some down time this past weekend. Watched (via. Disney+):

* Avengers: Infinity War
* Avengers: Endgame
* Thor: Ragnarok and..
* a bit of Thor: Love and Thunder

Tomorrow is my birthday and I just got from the library Wakanda Forever! I am so excited to watch this on my birthday. My husband got us this HUGE screen tv so it will be like watching it in a theater but better! I also got to watch the first one in the theater on my birthday that year as well. So seeing them both on my birthday. So cool! :)

Let's see, The other night was more Marvel via. D+. I watched...
* Avengers (still chuckle at Hulk smashing the tar out of Loki)
* Iron Man II

Me too.
I watched Lightyear for the 2nd time....... I honestly think I like it.
My mom and I saw it back when it was in theaters, and we both liked it.
Ever since I started following some horse people on Instagram, I've been seeing all sorts of references to and audio clips and music from Spirit: Stallion of the Cinnmaron, and now that I signed up for Peacock this week, I watched it this morning. I actually rented it from Blockbuster back when it first came out on DVD, but it's been so long I didn't remember anything about it. I really enjoyed it.
