if the Borg came in the 23rd century and made a Locutus out of Kirk, what Spock+the gang 'd've done?

hooked-up KirkCutus: Illogical.
Dr. McCoy : He's regaining consciousness.
KirkCutus: Illogical.
Nurse Chapel: It is captain Kirk speaking, not Locutus.
PICARD: Illogical, Spock.
Nurse Chapel: The Borg consciousness must feel overwhelming to him, confusing him!
Spock: Yes, Nurse, but if I may make a supposition, I do not believe his message was intended to express confusion or being overwhelmed but to suggest a course of action.

<Spock then explains to the Borg how their quest for perfection is a paradox, since utter perfection is all-encompassing by definition while they try to achieve it by suppressing all information that is not deemed of direct use to the Collective>

Scene ends with Borg screaming : Illogical! Illogical! and destroying their own Cube.

Spock would have given them a logical paradox which would have killed all the Borg and blown up their home planet Mondas and then Kirk regenerates into a new form.

Spock would have performed a mind meld and made the Borg do the Vulcan grip to each other.

Assimilated Kirk would have said "Resistance .....................is......................futile"

Chekov would have said Russians invented nanoprobes.

They quickly realize that Borg drones are impervious to beam weapons, but killed easily by lead projectiles. So, they go to the "Piece of the Action" planet and pick up a bunch of guys in snazzy suits with Tommy guns and M1911 pistols. Then, they board the Borg cube and kick the living :censored: out of it.

Only Kirk and the Queen survive, and they are captured and taken back to the Enterprise, where McCoy and Chapel remove the Borg tech from their bodies.

And THEN Kirk seduces the Queen.

I think the jury is out on that one. Its success in FC may have been merely because the Borg didn't expect it. Perhaps they would have adapted as quickly as to phaser beams, had Picard tried to use the weapon longer.

Given that Worf manages to kill one with a mek'leth and Data snapped another's neck suggests that the Borg don't really have a defense against simple impact weapons like clubs, knives, swords, bullets, or android hands. They only adapt to directed energy weapons.

The TOS crew going apeshit on a bunch of Borg with melee weapons would be dope. Sulu could go fuck them up with his fencing sword and even Scotty could clobber a few with some empty Scotch bottles.

I mean, Spock would have done what Riker did… “Fire”…because it’s the logical thing to do.

more drama could be mined out of the idea “what would Kirk do if Spock had been assimilated”.

He was technically a DS9 cast member at the time. And DS9 sometimes let him win.

Trials and Tribbleations was on H&I last night, it was fun to watch Worf clean house on some TOS Klingons.

How much of a the Queen would be left for Kirk to seduce if Mcoy removed all the tech of it? Not that I am doubting anything.
