Another name change? Or the "show" that Agatha thinks she's in?

Comic Val doesn’t have powers, but she can throw down at almost the Black Widow level. I hope Julia’s ready for the pain coming her way :rommie:

Is she experienced in martial arts? I hope so, for her sake, considering she is already in her early 60s.

Could just be a working title. I have friends who scored Blue Harvest swag from when they filmed in Northern California. Most working titles don’t even serve the original purpose anymore.

I've seen them announce movies' working titles while they're filming, which just weird to me, since I thought the whole point of the working title was that people wouldn't know what they were filming.

Yeah, these days they can just deepfake your face onto a stunt double half your age and let her do all the heavy lifting. Julia's just got to look in-shape/competent enough for the closeup shots.

It's all just marketing. Get an extra news cycle by doing so.

Why do I feel that if we were talking about a man of the same age this discussion would be very different?
How old was Liam Neeson when he did the first Taken movie?
Keanu Reeves is in his late 50s and he's still doing John Wick movies, and Bob Odenkirk just did Nobody at 58 or 59 depending on when it was filmed.

I don't see how that applies when we're talking about martial arts. I mean, Michelle Yeoh is 60 and she's still doing action films. As I said, the difference is that Yeoh has been doing physically active roles for decades, so her fitness would be better than that of a woman of the same age who has never trained in martial arts before.

On the other hand, Yeoh went into martial arts films because a back injury kept her from becoming a dancer. There is a fair amount of illusion involved in film stunts, making people look more athletic or powerful than they really are, or designing stunts to work around their physical limitations.

Don't chairs like that usually have a person's name or job title on them rather than the show title, because they're reserved for specific people? Perhaps this is from the filming of a scene of Agatha back in her Agnes persona.
Not always, or maybe name on the front/logo on the back?

Julia Louis-Dreyfus told Variety that she wants to fight as Val:

“I actually pitched it,” Louis-Dreyfus said, “I told them I really, really want to fight. We’ll see if that happens. I haven’t seen the script yet.” When reminded about Marvel’s intense stunt training, she reluctantly agreed, “Ugh. I’d better get in shape.”
Wow. Unexpected given what I have seen of the character so far but that would actually be very cool. Would love to see.

Does the Seinfeld dance count?
She physically dominated George, Jerry and Kramer when she was mad.
