Tubi movie weekend for me. Tonight -Munchies -Bats Saturday -Peanut Butter Solution. loved the movie when it was on HBO back then in the mid late 1980s -Doctor Mordrid -Anna and the Apocalypse. Not a huge fan of Anne Hathaway but i heard this movie is decent
Graham Hancock - “Ancient Apocalypse” Netflix series a really fascinating view of our prehistory and hypothesis of an ancient civilization.
Is it any good? The trailer looked fun. Watched an Indiana Jones marathon today and now catching the premiere of The Mayfair Witches.
It was funny. It's a murder mystery comedy set in London in the early 1950s. I caught it on HBO. They break the forth wall, in a few places, not anywhere near as often as in Deadpool. It had been on my Dish DVR for about a month. I have Mayfair Witches just recorded on the DVR this evening. I will try to catch it tomorrow.
It's Will Smith week, so every day I watch a Will Smith film. I'm watching Focus, Men in Black, Collateral Beauty, Enemy of the State, Gemini Man, Wild Wild West, and Bad Boys.
Watched Stardust last night for the first time in ages. I couldn't believe that was Charlie Cox! He was so babyfaced.
I watched "Downsizing" the other night. I remember the trailers for it, wanting to see it, but my moving-going buddy didn't want to and I never got around to going to see it on my own. Watched it last night on Amazon Prime. ... I walk away from it with a Joey GIF Shrug. It was okay. Nothing really much to say about it, though... It kind of seems like it was written by three (maybe four) different people at had three different sort of themes, stories, or tones to it and it walked right out of one and into the next and never really finished any of them (or even started the last ones.) I think it wanted to say something but like a candied-out kindergartner it could never really get the words together.
Yesterday was Hubby's birthday so we watched The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard (fun but not as LOL funny as the first one) and Red Notice (meh).
Also, in preperation for coming sequel series to sitcoms I haven't watched in decades I've been watching Night Court and That '70s Show on streaming TV. I had partly forgotten how bonkers NC was.
