What happened to Star Trek Magazine

I emailed them, saying I still hadn’t received my supplement, and they sent a copy over this morning. Now to find the time to read the thing.

Thank you for the reminder. I emailed them last night after I saw your post, and they sent it to me this morning.

I've always had a good experience with their customer service whenever I've had to deal with them... but OTOH, I've had to deal with them a lot more than I would have expected. I think I've had some kind of problem with 3 out of the 4 issues so far? I know the magazine itself is new, but I thought Titan had been around for a while, so I'm kind of surprised there have been as many problems as there have.

I have also not received Issue #4. Emailed customer service and no response. Called them and hopefully I will now get both the magazine as well as the digital supplement.

Good luck trying to get the magazine it's so frustrating trying just to get the magazine subscription you paid for. Instead of giving the customers the run around instead and no straight answers either of why it takes so long to get them or not at all.

I emailed them and they sent me the digital copy and told me “Issue 4 is still being received in the UK, so I would give it a little more time.”

Has anyone received the digital supplement for Issue #5 yet? I got the dead tree issue a week ago, but still no digital supplement.

I got my copy of issue 5 a week ago in the mail. The new Ds9 short story is really good. And so is the Guinan Tng story.

Uggggh. There was no auto renew and my subscription expired last month. Never heard a word from them. Hopefully my next issue now that I’ve renewed will be the current one.

Issue 5 stories:
  • By Special Request, by John Peel
A story set on Deep Space Nine.

  • Paghabi by Chris Dows
Guinan in trouble in a TNG story.

  • The Expert by Gary Russell (digital supplement)
A chilling encounter with the Borg.

  • The Guardian by Gary Russell (digital supplement)
A story taking us far back in time, revealing the origins of a classic original series adventure ("What Are Little Girls Made Of?")

Got the new digital supplement today. Haven't had a chance to read it yet.

Just read the two bonus stories, btw, which are both by Gary Russell.

One is a Borg story, and the other is prequel to TOS's "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" about the Android revolt on Exo III. Both on the spooky side.

Still have not received Issue #4. They did email me the Issue #4 digital supplement. I received Issue #5 but no Issue #5 digital supplement. I contacted them through Facebook (Messenger) and they replied they will send out issue #4. We shall see.

Exactly the same. I heard from their customer service yesterday saying they must have the wrong address. Weird seeing as issues 1-3 turned up no problem.

Still haven't received the digital supplements from the past two issues. More or less giving up on Titan at this point. Their customer service is absolute crap.

I’ve had to email Titan Customer Service three times (out of five issues) to get the digital supplement. A couple times they just sent it, but 3/5 of the time I had to nag them. Their customer service IS absolute crap.
