Ready Room with Wil Wheaton Prodigy Edition

That was enjoyable to watch.
Geeked out at the sight of the ships in the preview clips. Looks like the NX-01 received a TOS-era makeover on this display.

Wow it's not region locked. (In canada)

Better watch it before they realized their mistake(?)

I think it's just stylized not a refit/makeover.

Interesting line up of ships, all the main ships from the previous TV series, minus La Sirena, but that makes sense, it isn't Starfleet and that show hasn't happened yet :P
The original Enterprise is also TOS style, not Discovery. Also the Discovery is there, must have been declassified :P

Jakom Pog doesn't recognize the Federation, I really want to know his backstory.

My presumption is that Tellarites are more ancient and far flung than we realize, and Pog comes from an ancient Delta Quadrant colony that predates the Federation. I'm hoping to learn more.

The existence of Caitians, Lurians, and Medusans, though, does presuppose that there is some sort of growing Alpha Quadrant presence, even if our heroes are oddly unfamiliar with Humans and the Federation

Discovery is there

Whoa, Crossfield Class! Not a big headcanon or ship guy but I'll admit to wondering if DISCO and Glenn were a) the only ships of the class b) remembered as lemons (if remembered at all).

The producers said the big bad was kidnapping kids from across the Galaxy. So maybe from beyond the Delta Quadrant. How? I dunno.

About time we got a Brikar.
Honestly, YES. Peter David's Starfleet Academy trilogy featuring Worf and Zak Kebron was my introduction to Trek novels at a young age, and I fell in love with New Frontier as well. The Brikar being canon now is making 8 year old J47 scream with joy.

International link.

Especially Brett and Ella really seem to love their (and each others) characters, with a passionate defence of Gwyn in the latter case. All the actors shown (also the Lower Deckers) seem really involved with their respective shows.

Also, at 39min 35 seconds a clip from ep.12 is played.

Apparently, the crew will try to make sense of Murf "talking" (or whatever sounds he continues to produce) in some later episode.

I have to say though, that Wil Wheaton's style of presentation isn't my cup of tea. A bit too dramatic and over the top for my taste.
