Future film announcements aren't just for fans, they're also for investors. See the Star Trek 4 announcement earlier this year that no reasonable person ever expected to actually happen by the announced date.
So...they are looking for unreasonable people as investors?

Yeah, it really is a shame what those two actresses turned out to be like, I like their MCU characters a lot, but their behavior has dampened my enthusiasm for them a bit.
What did they actually do? I either can’t remember or maybe didn’t pay attention at the time. Did they just say the vaccine wasn’t for them, or were they campaigning against it or something? I don’t know much about what went on

I don't recall all the details off the top of my head but Lily was all-in on the Canadian trucker's convoy nonsense and Wright was sharing youtube conspiracy videos that were not just full-on anti-vax but also deeply anti-semitic. Plus rumors of obnoxious behavior on set (for both of them, I think). And Wright's refusal to respect the corona regulations rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Both because it directly caused major delays to the film and because if Chadwick had still been around he would've been a very high risk patient who could genuinely have died because of her choices.

To me the really bad thing is that people get hurt, and even die, based off the misinformation people like them peddle, which to me is a lot worse then, say, an actor just being a generic asshole, and why I find it so hard to separate the characters and the actors in these cases.

I still honestly want to believe that Shuri is done after this next movie. Wright apparently held up production with her anti-vax BS, and if there is one thing a company like Disney won't tolerate its having its business being delayed/interrupted for no legitimate reason, even if they might not care as much about the opinions at the core of the problem. Maybe a much bigger actor could get away with it, but I have the feeling that it was just too late into production to fire/recast Wright, and that the character of Shuri will either die in BP2 or be recast. That's what I'm hoping, atleast.

Lily seems like she was told to shut up before making her opinions into Disney's problems and managed to do it, so she'll probably get to keep being the Wasp if she keeps her mouth shut, even though she has shown her true colors.

But given what we know now, her decision not to vax did almost nothing to change anyone else's risk factor. So the problem wasn't really her, it was the policy.

Lily is not publicly Anti-Vaccine, she's against vaccine mandates. So, according to her, it's a matter of bodily autonomy, not vaccine safety. Interestingly, she hasn't said one way or the other if she is vaccinated.

Which is nonsensical, because vaccines only work at containing a disease if the vast majority of the population uses them. So being against mandates is being against vaccines. You can't separate the two. Insisting that it's a matter of individual choice is insane, like insisting that whether to obey traffic lights or dump toxic waste in a reservoir is a matter of individual choice. When one person's actions or inaction affect everyone's safety, that overrides individual autonomy.

If I got the vaccine, and I want everyone to get the vaccine, but I don't want people who don't get the vaccine to lose their jobs, am I really anti vax?

This isn't quite as bad I thought, I was thinking she was full MAGA.

I went back to check, along with her statement she posted pictures of a couple signs from the protest, the primary one reading “vaxxed democrat for medical freedom.” So I have to assume that is reasonably close to her official position on the subject.

My problem with Evangeline Lilly goes beyond COVID (which is bad enough in itself), but her support of the trucker convoy in Canada--a movement that was using COVID as cover for the hidden agenda of its white supremacist organizers.

Isn't her tenure as the Wasp over anyway? Besides, considering how Disney had responded to the call for boycott against filming in Georgia, in the wake of their new voting laws, I suspect Lilly will keep her job if her tenure isn't over.

There's still a third Ant-man movie coming and no particular reason to believe that Wasp won't continue to have various other crossover appearances beyond that.

Looks like Harrison Ford is going to be the new Thunderbolt Ross for the next Captain America film. It's been reported on at least four websites now that Disney and Marvel have locked down Ford for the role to replace the late William Hurt.

Guess the next Cap movie is going to be an Indy film. I'll go now.

Often enough websites reference each other without fact check giving a rumor a life of its own. I'll believe it when Marvel or Ford confirm it, not before.

After the ending of She-Hulk, could the new Untitled Marvel film that added to the upcoming slots be a new Hulk/She-Hulk/Planet Hulk movie?

The Wikipedia site has named Harrison Ford as the new Thaddeus Ross. But the IMDB site has not.
