Well...no. I don't know if I found any of the Cardassians onscreen to be attractive, not Ziyal, not Garak, not Kira when she got spooned, although all the actors and actresses who played them are handsome or gorgeous. I feel like a lot of people would say Dukat being Cardassian Hitler kinda kills it, and even if you go, "well what about when Marc Alaimo was Gul Macet," come on, he looks like a Michelin man.

I don't think a single character in the franchise was shirtless as much as Kirk... except possibly Trip.

The Cardassian make-up went a long way to mask how old Marc Alaino actually was when he played Dukat. I thought Dukat was meant to be around Kira's age and was pretty surprised when I saw him as a Bajoran and he looked like he was closer to Kai Wynn in age.

Generally, Dukat is physically pretty good looking, but his personality and demeanour are pretty repulsive.
He's pretty much a walking red flag.

"Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night" showed that when Kira was about three years old or younger, Dukat was the Prefect in charge of Terok Nor and he took Kira's mother as a lover.
