I know a year later we should not open this dead thread but the spice is back --- lets make the best of this poll --- as there might be people who missed it last year... and of course we can change our votes,..

Oikos makes (used to make?) a really good pumpkin spice yogurt that I try to get every fall. Sadly, I don't remember seeing it last year.

Don't worry, it hadn't been a full 12 months yet, so you are still within the rules! :)

Oreo Pumpkin Spice has returned after a couple of year absence.

They taste like Yankee Candle Pumpkin.

I had never heard of Pumpkin Spice but it sounds tasty.
It's the spice mix that is used for pumpkin pie, a North American dessert. It generally contains spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger in varying proportions. In the US a pre-made mixture of these spices started being sold as "pumpkin pie spice" in the 1930s by the McCormick spice company. I understand British desserts use a similar mixture of spices. If Starbucks in your country has the "Gingerbread Latte," I think it's somewhat similar to the pumpkin spice latte, though not quite as sweet, and less "spicy," and the spice they sprinkle on top is only nutmeg instead of the mixture.
