A better phrasing would be a live action Brikar which is something I have wanted to see since reading the Starfleet Academy books.
I'll never understand why that should make a difference. I mean, so many "live action" movies these days are largely computer animation anyway.
Besides, the printed page is as far from live action as you can get. On the spectrum between that and live action, 3D computer animation is really, really close to the live-action end.
I mean, I have no issue with Prodigy's characters. Just stating my preference for live action. Just because it's "closer" doesn't make it "close enough" for my own personal preference.
I'm still holding out for a Drelb.
