Agreed that this was yet another long episode that didn't feel padded. They are making very good use of the hour plus format.
Peter Macron really hit it out of the park in this one, esp in the speech to the council. I was seriously reminded of the Worf/Troi dynamic with Bortus/Kelly, but ultimately they don't seem to be going in the romantic direction of the former.
I was also reminded of Worf's revenge on Duras in the scene where he was about to kill the torturer, except he eventually held back when ordered to stop.
What a turnaround for Klyden. Chad Coleman also did a great job in this episode.
The Heveena scene in the "holodeck" was awesome. Super cool that they got her to do an appearance.
The council finally being done with the Moclan "bullshit" was a nice turn of events. I only hope we get more than the rest of this season to deal with the fallout from this.
