The last Jedi is awful.
Indeed.
The last Jedi is awful.
I'd laugh if the potential duel from the next episode ends the same way as the flashback, with Obi-Wan force-pulling Vader's saber away from him and then sighing.
At this point my head canon is that Zombie Palps was so deranged and out of his constantly rotting brain by the end that he was just spouting incoherent nonsense. All that body hopping talk was just delusional nonsense.I know the Sith body hopping bullshit is hard to remember, because it's shit.
There is no Sith Culture, or Sith History, or maybe it's just deceptively small and short.
Sith Culture and Sith History is just one dude who eats children, and the more children he eats the longer he lives.
. . . It flew away? Ships do that. What the hell was that with the ship at the end of ep5?? What the hell was supposed to of happened there?
. . . It flew away? Ships do that.
There were two ships there the entire time. They used an empty one to distract Vader from the one with people on board.I mean that Vader dragged it down ripped it apart then a new one just magically appeared and flew off.
It was there the entire time. Seen clearly in earlier scenes, and more subtly during the scene in question. It wasn't there when the first one lifted off.
Leia defeats Vader in a light saber duel.
Obi-Wan wipes Leia's memory and the Emperor wipes Vader's memory.
Incorrect. It wasn't there when the first one lifted off.
Almost as if they were deliberately trying to obfuscate it or something . . .Yes it was. It's faintly visible in the dimmer light of the background of the hangar bay.
Nah. I'd rather assume the worst, and call the producers many hurtful names all while mocking their hard work. Way more fun! It's almost as if you have to actually pay closer attention in rewatches.
Not in the flashbacks, but in the present.Unambiguous dialogue cannot be glossed over; Vader saying "When I left you.." points to a fixed time or moment in their history, and its beyond debate that in the AOTC-era flashbacks, Anakin was nowhere near leaving Obi-Wan to be a full knight (or even at the point of embracing the Dark Side in ROTS).
