Wasn't Daisy in the opening scene of Agents of SHIELD very first episode? Then she was indeed the first... followed VERY closely by Melinda May... over 7 years before Simu Liu. Now this was pre Disney Plus... quite a few people missed them. Chloe has corrected that ;)

I don't remember which specific scene of the pilot came first. I do remember that 'Skye' had no powers and no training as anything other than a hacker when she was introduced. I think she only became a trainee agent by the end of season 1 and didn't get her powers until mid-season 2.

So what you're saying is . . . she had an origin story? Oh well then; case closed I guess!

Do you even know what point you're trying to make anymore?

My point's never changed. You guys are the ones continually changing the subject. And still not providing any logical reason why less central heroes 'don't count' or why that piece of argument somehow does apply to Daisy over everyone earlier but magically does not apply to Shang-Chi over Daisy.

Did you not see me post the first scene from the first episode that featured Daisy?

Yes I did. The fact that she eventually becomes a superhero (not even in the first season) doesn't make her 'first' over someone who was already a superhero from the first episode.

Yes, I already agreed was a joke though I genuinely don't think it's a good one.

Honestly, the only reasons I replied as much as I did (other than the fact that you guys kept replying, too) are because:

1 I really didn't have anything to do yesterday and
2 because life has been so heavy and depressing and too often outright disgusting lately that it honestly felt nice to have a spirited argument about a subject that is actually fun to think about while not being in any way truly important or in any way related to the world's seemingly endless well of racism, misogyny, toxicity, cruelty, etc.

I had fun discussing it and I'm sorry if you all didn't feel the same.

I feel that, man. I hope things get better for you.

"I think there have been many clues already, that are at least apparent to me, of where this whole saga is going..."

'Secret Wars' is where it's going. That was obvious after Doctor Strange introduced Incursions.
That should be where they introduce Dr. DOOM and have him lead the team of Villains... That way we can have Peter Parker say "we need to get our Super Friends to beat that Legion of Doom"...and have the older heroes give him the side eye.

I imagine we'll know concretely what he's hinting at during Comic-Con next month.

That said, curious how he says we're almost at the end of Phase 4. How does he mark it? In the past, each phase (almost) concluded in conjunction with an Avengers film but we aren't getting a big team-up film any time soon.

He's already said there won't be an Avengers film in phase IV, iirc. Though I wouldn't be shocked if there was some other type of bigger event instead.

I think he's referring to it from a production standpoint. The remaining films are all in some stage of production--rather than referring to their release times--based on that we are only about midway through.
