^^^ Too mech was going on with that band at the time, IMO. Changing record labels, management, and band members. There wasn't a whole lot of improvisation jamming going on. But this was a previously unreleased track that Mark dropped online during the COVID Lockdown. No one is exactly sure what post-Guaranteed era it came from, but at least three of the original four band members contributed to it, including the late Boon Gould. Mark King/Level 42, "Indian Queens"
Whoops. Don't mean to double post, but digging through my old CD singles collection today, I came across this one from Curt Smith shortly after his temporary departure from Tears For Fears. Curt Smith, "Calling Out"
They're still going and going well, the last few albums were great, I do love the old stuff as well though. So, what about some post apocalyptical vikings then? Amon Amarth -Get In The Ring
<Smartypants Mode ON> Y'know, Crowded House came out of Split Enz. <OFF> Anyway, this was on the radio this morning and I sang along loudly. "Still this pulsing night A plague I call a heartbeat"
Tears For Fears, "Long, Long, Long Time" Perhaps one of my new favorites. Love the chorus and how it closes out.
