Random Thoughts...or...What's on Your Mind?

This is a little article for the Spaceball 1 model used in the "Spaceballs" film. The model itself was 17 feet, intending to be 11kms or 6.8 miles in real life. I knew it was big but didn't realised how big!

That's why I love practical effects wherever possible. That ship looked amazing, wonder if the transformation was all in camera or effects.

No, it wasn't because of Wilma Deering.

Okay, maybe a little bit.

srsly, I just loved the show, that's all. I had a great time watching it. I thought the post-WW3 angle was really cool (with all the "lost tribes of humanity" fleeing Earth in the aftermath, and the Searcher reestablishing contact with them).

And it had some surprisingly dramatic and hard-hitting episodes, such as "Testimony of a Traitor" (which implied that Buck himself had a hand in WW3) and "The Dorian Secret".

Imagine, Captain, what it is like to live in a world where every face you see is a mirror image of your own. Madness.

okay, how about season 2?

That's still good! If you slip up every now and then at least you're trying to achieve your goal. I heard something the other week in regards to weight loss that might be apt here too, that sometimes people will slip up and then go "okay i've screwed up, might as well give up" when in reality it's all just little triumphs each day.
Oh no, I'm not going stop, I just might occasionally be bad with stuff like this. I figure the occasional bit of seafood is still a lot better than eating beef and/or pork every day.
