One doesn't automatically lead to the other.
In theory, no; see Judi Dench as M in two James Bond continuities. Yet I see no reason why it shouldn't be the case here.

I will be curious to see. Cox and D'onofrio are one of the best parts of the MCU.In theory, no; see Judi Dench as M in two James Bond continuities. Yet I see no reason why it shouldn't be the case here.
No.
Charlie Cox was in "No Way Home" which solidified that the Daredevil series was 100% in the MCU
D'onofrio's Kingpin from the netflix Daredevil series. interacted with MCU's "Hawkeye" series

My guess is they'll just have Murdock say something like "We have a history" when someone asks him about the Kingpin, without going into detail.
It could very simply mean that the new Disney show isn't an exact continuation of the Netflix show. It could simply mean that we find our this is a slightly different Mat Murdock. Maybe this one never met Karin. Who knows.
Or yes, maybe we'll find out that the shows WERE 100% MCU. We'll learn more in the following months.
People get crazy about cgi though...The CGI is not that bad.![]()
That's great but I'm honestly surprised a new MCU character would get so much attention compared to an established one.She-Hulk now has the second-most watched trailer for all the Disney+ MCU shows. Hopefully not just from people telling their friends, "You won't believe how bad the CGI looks."
I wonder if it has anything to do with the frame rate people watch these things in.The CGI is not that bad.![]()
It's not terrible, but you can definitely see some uncanny valley, and it's made worse because it's right next to a near flawless Bruce and Abomination. The CGI is not that bad.![]()
