That looks like a lot of fun. It looks a little sitcommy, but in a good way. It's about time we get a good superhero sitcom.

Nothing about The Big Guy is permanent, except him being incurable.

In general, yes. But I took it to be that the damage caused by the Infinity Gauntlet was so extreme that even the Hulk's healing wasn't enough to overcome it. I sort of got the impression from Endgame that Bruce would be retiring from the Avengers and exiting the stage along with the rest of the OG team. I'm not saying that what's here is impossible, just that it's not what I expected based on what Endgame seemed to imply.

Bruce still had his arm in a sling in Shang-Chi as well.

It occurred to me to wonder if Bruce's scenes in the trailer might actually be pre-Endgame, like maybe it's a flashback sequence showing how Shulkie got her start. But the post-Blip, pre-return era seems like an unlikely setting for part of a comedy series, so I wouldn't bet on it.

She-Hulk trailer. Sorry, She-Hulk Attorney At Law trailer.

I hope that's not the finished CGI because it feels more like she's floating on top of the scenes rather than in them.

Still; Frog-Man!
What I just saw was a steaming pile of dog sh*t. Jokes were lame, the cg was dreadful, kinda looks like something I would see from SHREK. If the cg is not affordable, I wouldn't mind Disney casting a body builder and apply makeup, but THIS??? Dreadful, absolutely dreadful.

The weird thing is Bruce and Abomination look fine.
I wonder if it's the fact that they are trying to make She-Hulk look "beautiful" and more realistic by making the features softer, but instead just making her look like she lives in the uncanny valley. Hulk and Abomination also already have existing movie-grade models they can use.

What is uncanny valley???
Not been funny, but it you've enough posts to be a Read Admiral, and it says you've been on this board for over 12 years.. and you've never heard of google? It's literally the first thing that comes up

(sorry, just my own personal internet bugbear. See it all the time on things like Facebook and other social media, people asking simple questions you can find on google in 5 seconds. Esp nowadays when everyone literally has the internet in their pocket 24/7)

And also odd that you make that big angry statement about the trailer and "dreadful cg" and then you don't know what uncanny valley means.

You know, this trailer got me thinking about one of the biggest differences between the Marvel Universe in comics and its cinematic counterpart. In the comics the vast majority of super-villains engage in common crime with a minority devoted to world conquest or the like. In the movies it's pretty much the opposite. Almost all the threats are cosmic and the super crooks are very few (even if we want to consider the Marvel Netflix series canonical). I wonder if we will see a turnaround with this new series.

Ugh. Marvel Studios have licensed Stan Lee's image rights for 20 years, so expect Star Wars style CGI versions to start making cameos in the movies.

What is uncanny valley???

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley

In aesthetics, the uncanny valley (Japanese: 不気味の谷 bukimi no tani) is a hypothesized relation between an object's degree of resemblance to a human being and the emotional response to the object. The concept suggests that humanoid objects that imperfectly resemble actual human beings provoke uncanny or strangely familiar feelings of uneasiness and revulsion in observers. "Valley" denotes a dip in the human observer's affinity for the replica, a relation that otherwise increases with the replica's human likeness.

Think of the CG recreation of Tarkin or Princess Leia in "Solo: A Star Wars Story".

They're right at the precipice of being almost human, but off by just enough to be a bit eerie and you can tell that it's CGI.

This series is Dead on Arrival. Another vanity project for MARVEL; these characters are more like "Reality TV" celebrities who happened to fight villains. The jokes are lame and I don't like how Hulk is portrayed, but its more than likely he won't be there long... like this series and get transported to WORLD WAR HULK.

The She-Hulk CG definitely needs some tightening up, but I bet it was a bit rushed for the trailer and will look better in the finished product. The general design is good outside of the incomplete looking cgi moments, better then I expected (although I've already seen people complain about She-Hulk's hair being straight when the actress's normal hair isn't, which is a weird nitpick and I honestly think She-Hulk would look bad with different hair anyway).

I'm still not planning to watch the show, I don't like the casting or the work of the person who is running the show, and I really didn't like the character stuff we got from the trailer (I was even reminded of the unaired 2011 Wonder Woman TV pilot, which if you've seen you know is not a good thing). I'll probably skip around to see the scenes with Hulk (which I'm assuming will probably add up to maybe 5-10 minutes total), but overall this is definitely not a MCU show for me, which is ironic because the actual She-Hulk is my favorite Marvel comics character.

What is uncanny valley???

Where they're so close to making a CGI character or machine that looks like a real person that the line begins to blur between fake and real

I used to see it in MLB chat when I was modding:
"use Google"
"but I no has the interwebz"
"then how'd you get here?"
