I tried blurring the Enterprise E's silhouette and it didn't quite match, but I'm hoping that it is the E anyway.

Greener pastures, working on something great.
I would imagine that after S1 of SNW ends, its Prodigy in July. Then when September comes, the next release will be either Lower Decks S3 or Picard S3; LD because the past two seasons aired around the same time, and PIC because of the TNG 35th anniversary.

I think it’s more likely we’ll see Lower Decks next, as the official statements from Paramount have LD S03 coming in “Summer 2022,” and the second half of Prodigy S01 “Later in 2022.” The specificity of LD coming in the summer makes me think it’s more likely to come in mid July, 3-4 weeks earlier than it has in the past, rather than a month later than usual in late September. But it could go the other way.

It’s also tricky trying to predict it, because though they’ve had minimal overlap, they’ve had some. PRO had a 2-episode premiere, and every show save LD has overlapped with one another. It’s given us LD S02, PRO S01 part 1, DSC S04, PIC S02 & SNW S01 in the course of a year, with 53 episodes over the course of 48 weeks, with only 1 week without Trek, between LD’s finale & PRO’s premiere. That makes it tough to nail down each series’ premiere and end dates.

‪‪I think we’re likely to get more specific information about LD & PRO’s release dates sooner than later, with SNW ending July 7th.

Yeah, one of them's going to start being promoted soon now that Picard's over.

Good call. They announced Picard S02 & SNW S01’s premiere dates back in January, 6½ weeks before Picard S02E01 arrived on March 3rd. Using that as precedent, we could/should be getting some release date info soon.

And as @Danlav05 mentioned earlier in the thread, June 16th is Captain Picard Day, a month before the week directly following SNW’s season 01 finale. That could be the perfect time to make some announcements.

The F was also a contest winner… and I think in the modern set up has already been canonised in one of the comics. There’s a strong tie-in presence for Picard, the Raffi/Seven relationship between seasons even turning up in what amounts to a radio play with the cast on audible.

My current theory is after SNW ends they'll take the rest of July off, then have Lower Decks premiere in the traditional August slot. When that's done, Prodigy will pick up right away, which should take things up to Christmas, at which point another break with Picard retuning in January 2023.

I have no idea how things will progress after that other than not being surprised if SNW season 2 has a May 2023 premiere.

The silhouette of the top view of a Sovereign isn’t much different from the top view of an Odyssey, at least in a basic blurred-out sort of way. That’s why I never liked the Odyssey - from a distance you can’t tell it apart from a Sovereign.

Next year we should get a 5th season of Discovery as well.

I admit I drank well the tears of all those who insist DISCO is unpopular and a massive failure for Paramount.

As someone who unfortunately has relatives with that mindset you're mentioning, that group honestly doesn't care about Trek anymore as they're too busy celebrating certain upcoming court decisions. They hated Discovery because it depicted a diverse future they hated. Now they're certain and gleeful that Trek's future will forever be a television fantasy while their plan to turn Handmaid's Tale into reality seems to be working.

Saw some sad tweets today by Jeri Ryan and -I presume- Will Wheaton’s wife, all about the toxic fanbase….. Why do these troll haters go about harassing spouses and actresses…?? A new level of low…….

They don’t care. They will scream their hate at everyone, including Sir Patrick. I’m just glad he doesn’t really do much social media, I wouldn’t want for him to read some of the things they throw at him. Talking to them is no use, it just riles them up even more.

Geordi: And so we have resurrected Data yet again in a fully organic looking synth body that looks just like a Soong. Data, how are you feeling?

Data: I am in the 25th century. Now activating program Adam.

Geordi: What's going wrong? Data's subroutines are now being hijacked by a hidden program that's time stamped to... almost 400 years ago...

    Picard: Oh no...

Data/Adam Soong: Hi Picard, it's me Adam. This program has been hidden in all Soong androids waiting for activation until the moment you had already met me. I've waited a long time for this. It's time to get revenge for my lost legacy.

(proceeds to attack Picard with android enhanced speed and strength)

How many people do you think Seven killed when in service of a Fenris Ranger in person? I'm thinking around 600 to 1000 people, when she's a highly intelligent and above baseline in strength/reflexes (at a supposedly relatively elderly age).

And her victims are virtually all criminals, mercs, and paramilities (and other bad actors) so she's not a heartless killer (like PIC critics think she is), she's more a traumatised, guilt riddled person driven by an unbalanced sense of justice (and over-reactive to dangerous people).
