Another thing that makes you feel old is when you actually have to scroll up the list to find the year you were born while filling out forms online.
yeah - that's real crap when they are allowed to lie in adsThere's an electronics chain in a few states here that is legit (not a bait and switch shop) that claims to have the lowest TV prices. But aren't TV prices regulated, meaning they're the same price everywhere including when sales happen? I know Costco has their own unique model numbers for their brand name TVs, which is why they can sell the 4000-X for less than the 4000-M. But this store isn't Costo.
Upon further review, their prices may not actually be lower. Their ads just say they are lower.

even less than they pay for it?TV prices aren't regulated in the US, are they? It's a free market. Cable services have pricing regulations and are controlled by the FCC, but the actual TV itself--the machine-- is the same as any other appliance. As long as the total price is listed upfront, the store can charge whatever they want.

they are not allowed to here - especially as those offers always came with rather low stocks but when they had you there your ears were fed the oops, those are out of stocks but we can offer you ... tapeIf they want to lose money and go out of business, sure.
I would imagine that the probability of them actually doing that is rather small, so they either had some deal and paid less for the TVs to begin with or the whole lot are crap and they are trying to shift them to cut their losses.

What would a 1960s Borg look like if it had been made on original Star Trek? Kind of like a Cybermen?
Or a bed full.I love how Amber Heard digs herself deeper into the hole every day.
She really IS a lying sack of shit, isn't she?
Yes, it is.I think So Delicious was the one I was looking at that I put back when I saw how the container was. I'll probably just stick to dairy ice cream, to be honest. Even if I don't go completely vegan for everything, I figure even just cutting out most of my meat and dairy is still helping a little.
I'm terrified of needles, so no tattoos or piercings here either (clip on earrings FTW). But my nephew-by-marriage has tons of really gorgeous ones. I don't mind them on others.I feel that way, too. I must be the only woman in Texas without any tattoos or piercings. I don't even have pierced ears.
Oh God, I know... my AARP magazine (get off my dirt!) has all these "50 years ago this year" things in it, making me feel ancient.Just saw on the news this morning that "Addicted to Love" hit number one on the US charts....36 years ago.
Fuck. Just wheel me to the retirement home.
is it just me or does that look like three tholians attacking a federation vessel
