While surfing through I Am Bored, I came across this website.

Intriguing... but what's it purpose? To demonstrate graphics in animation? The text appears to be German, though that doesn't help me much in figuring the place out.

The domain is .ru, so maybe it's russian?

There is one sentence in German on the first page. I also see words and phrases in English, French, Italian, what looks like Latin and Polish, and some stuff that's apparently made-up or a mishmosh of several languages.

Weird, When I tried it yesterday the german sentence wasn't there, and when I clicked on Disclamat nothing happened.

Today everything works fine. But at least I was right about the fact that the guy is Russian.

I think that's the way it's intended to work: constantly shifting, everything's in a constant state of flux, different elements come and go and work at different times, and there's sometimes a delay before the click takes effect. It's kind of fun.
