I’m all for nostalgia bait if it gets me the next gen crew back together. Add me to the list of people tearing up watching that trailer.
100% my guess as well.Totally random prediction - they will in the best tradition steal the Enterprise.
More or less how I feel, to be honest. Don't misunderstand, I am not against this idea, and I don't doubt the chance to see the TNG gang one last time is going to lead to a fanboy orgasm or three. But that said, I'm still rather meh to this. I'm not against it at all, but I'm not jumping up and down with pure joy and excitement over this announcement at all.I love TNG, it’s what got me into Trek, but this doesn’t excite me.
True, but I'll be very surprised if we don't get at least one scene with the group together, even if it is just the final scene of the finale or something.Something key to remember too, we don’t know how much each character outside of Picard is gonna be in the show.
Sirtis for example could only show up for 1 or 2 episodes. Not all 10.
S3 HAS to kick off ala Generations w/ the legendary crew reassembled for the launch of the new Enterprise, right? Set up the next crew and show!

I feel like the best thing about Nepenthe is the moderation of it all. It's just enough to scratch my nostalgic itch without going overboard. I'm praying they don't lean too heavily into the fan service with this one.
I mean…
Elnor died and Jurati has been assimilated so…[/spolier]
Here’s hoping they stick with the Enterprise E instead of bringing in an Enterprise F.
