Two different cities. Picard is in LA, Sisko and Co were in San Fran.

But maybe they could be on a TV or something, if this takes place during the riots.

The combadge is the dogtag in Discovery and Picard, all the information is on the backside.

I wonder if Humanity discovering Vulcans too early is what causes the timeline change? We see at least 2 Vulcans, one whom is about to mind meld a kid. If the Eoropa mission spots evidence of aliens watching Earth, that would lead to a much more militant and paranoid humanity.

Maybe the Vulcans actually decided to have watchers on Earth since 1957 when T'Pol's granny was there and they get discovered somehow in 2024.

Interesting that '24 is the specific year they're going back to. I refuse to believe that's a coincidence since that's when they went back to in DS9.

I seriously hope they make some digs at the partisan gridlock we're stuck in and the Culture Wars going on. Star Trek needs to take a direct, non-metaphorical stand on what's going on and this season of Picard is the perfect place to do it outright.

I think the Steamrunner model is based off, or actually is the Eaglemoss 3D model, there's details on it that as far as I can tell, are only on the Eaglemoss model

The Number of deck 2 windows. The two models used in previous series/movies either had 3 sets or none at all

Eaglemoss and Picard have 4 sets of deck 2 windows.

There's also this glowing square on the back of the 'roll bar'. The square is there on one of the original models, but it didn't have a blue glow like in Picard and Eaglemoss

They did? I know Picard's did in Season 1 of Picard, but I don't remember if that was visible on screen.
