Well, there are several Starfleet ships in the 32nd century which have letters added at the end of their registries, including Disco itself and the latest Voyager. And we know in the 29th century Relativity had a letter at the end of its registry. Point is, the letter at the end of the registry is no longer special to the Enterprises.(I could do without them appending an -A to the registry though, unless this is the point in history where Starfleet starts giving letters out to every ship, not just Enterprises).
