Does the Discovery got a Cetacean Ops installed, during the refit?

And do other starfleet vessels during the 32nd century still have it?

If yes, are there still cetaceans from Earth joining Starfleet, after the planet left the Federation?

Not necessarily. Even in the 24th century, we don't know for certain all starships have a cetacean ops. Indeed, the only ones we know canonically do are the Galaxy class and California class. The Defiant class almost certainly doesn't have a cetacean ops, it's never been indicated the Intrepid class does, while we don't really know one way or the other regarding the Sovereign class. While there are undoubtedly starships in the 32nd century with a cetacean ops, and probably cetacean starships, there's no reason to think all of them can service cetacean crew, or that Disco can since the refit.

Imagine if they just flood those enourmous turbolift caverns. You could have the great barrier reef in there.
Heh ... At the rate the GBR is shrinking now-a-days, I doubt there will be anything left of it but a memory by the 32nd century. :(

I bet the USS Charcuterie Tray, the USS Totally-Not-The-Axiom-From-Wall-E, and the USS Named-After-The-Author-Of-The-Earthsea-Novels have Cetacean Ops on them. They're Cetacean As Fuck.
