There's a park we take the dogs to that has a whole bunch of open desert right next to it, where there is a herd of wild donkeys, and we've going for about a year now, and today was the first day we actually finally saw some of them! We did hear one a few months ago, but it was back behind a bunch of bushes so we couldn't actually see them.
