At 1:10, as Tyler says “Could be these meteoroids.”When was this?
At 1:46 they mention a "meteorite beam" for deflecting presumably meteorites. If it was a meteorite hitting them at 1:10 I think they'd mention that the beam didn't deflect what hit them. But if it was a meteoroid hitting them at 1:10 it looked big and didn't even leave a mark...
Take your base, then.Maybe it was meteorite bean? Like we got beaned by a meteorite !!!!!
ETA I listened again and it’s more of a whoosh sound. A brush-back rather than a bean, I guess.

It looks more like a hand-wheel valve, like the ones they desperately crank when water is pouring into a movie submarine.
