what's your local weather?

Rain has not stopped for days. Flooding everywhere. State of emergency. We are okay. Our house is on high ground. But many places are not so lucky! Rivers overflowing, mud slides, trees down, it is a mess outside! Been a heck of a few days!!

Yikes.
It's been cloudy most of the day, so it started out cooler, but still got up into the 70s.

It amazes me how much warmer it feels when the sun is out. The other day, the sun was out, and it felt warmer than the day before, which was cloudy, and according to the thermometer outside, was actually a few degrees warmer.

Currently 63 degrees and it's going to go even lower by Thanksgiving. Already had the electric blanket out and running for the past two days as witnessed by the cats occupying the bed all night to mooch off it. In the land of eternal sunshine, anything below 70 is frost on the pumpkin weather.

Mid-50s here, cloudy but not raining, and no snow for tomorrow ! Down to the 20s tonight, but well prepared with enough wood to keep the fires going until March !

Happy Thanksgiving Eve :)

Yep, colder today than yesterday; though not as bad as last night when I couldn't even get out of bed due to having two cats on either side of me. Had to break out my jeans rather than shorts for going outside, only to find they've mysteriously gotten harder to button up at the top since I last wore them .

Oh, I hate it when the evil Pants Elves take my jeans in, too !

Snow again. :sigh:

Hope it's not too bad, Avro Arrow ! Hugs !

Though I'm not sure what your measure of that in Canada would be...
