I remember watching Disney's Aladdin. Disney didn't write dialogue for the Genie so much as they put Robin Williams in front of a microphone and animated whatever came out of his mouth!
It was already confirmed when the air date was announced at Star Trek Day that Netflix still retains the international rights and it will air 24 hours after. Cool your jets.
Since the title is extremely generic and the season is about a gravitational anomaly, my guess would be this is most likely unrelated or the entire season is actually based on Delphic Season/Sphere Builders lore. But probably it's just a coincidence.
