I was a teenager and I've been around tons of them from elementary school, to High School, and a year of college. It really is.I work with teenagers. It really isn't.
I was a teenager too, and while some things are interesting, everything is not. There are some things that are blown so far out of proportion that I'm like "It's OK. In a few years this won't seem that big of a deal."I was a teenager and I've been around tons of them from elementary school, to High School, and a year of college. It really is.
That's all fair. I don't find him being a secret agent all that interesting because it is too cliché. I think that a writer had the potential to be interesting if they used it to show Jake pursuing his dreams, and possibly be at odds with his dad, i.e. feeling differently about the war, opposing it, or opposing some facet of it. I think there is plenty of possibility there not utilized without going to a cliché of secret agent.Characters should be interesting, and Jake was when he was younger because he was different from Wesley Crusher, I liked Wesley BTW. When the showrunners made him a writer and was placed in a corner he was boring, but I like the idea of Jake having something interesting to do. Cirroc was a good actor and I think a secret agent plot would've been an different take on the character and have a new dynamic on the Sisko/ Jake relationship.
