Tough call because Worf is a wise and just ruler but that's not how Klingon politics works.

I'm going to guess a Klingon adaptation of the first season of Game of Thrones with Worf as Ned Stark.

I think we've already seen Worf's morality repeatedly tested to the point we can generally assume when and where he'll fall on most issues. He's incorruptible to power or prestige like most Klingons because his personal integrity matters most.

The only thing he will break on is protecting those he loves.
