Ah, that would make a lot of sense given that they seem to like backdoor pilots with SNW and Section 31.
No chance of “franchise fatigue” then eh? Never mind, think of all the potential new uniform designs...
What Is the Peter Principle? The Peter Principle is an observation that the tendency in most organizational hierarchies, such as that of a corporation, is for employees to rise in the hierarchy through promotion until they reach a level of respective incompetence.
Yes, I can understand these people do it just for the views, but three hours? This guy has rambled about this particular news for three hour? More than longest ST movie? If I were him, I would look for professional help.
Yep. I can't even fathom a single topic I could talk about for three hours straight. Sometimes I organize training courses in the company where I work and I have to take a little break every two hours because talking for so long, well, it's tiring. I don't even dare to imagine what is going through the minds of these people who manage to complain about virtually nothing for three hours straight.
The whole Netflix “refuses to pay for Disco” thing* I notice gets mentions a lot online, but no one can ever provide a legitimate source. Because there likely is none. *=The implication being that Netflix is upset that Disco “isn’t true to canon” and that merchandise revenue went down, even though I doubt Netflix gives a crap about that kind of stuff.
I got one yesterday "he gets something wrong but I bet your just going to ignore the time he is right." There is just no point in entering debate with those this folks.
There were also rumours to the effect that Netflix refused to pay for Picard and Lower Decks because Disco was performing so poorly. The beauty of this is that Netflix don't comment on viewing figures and CBS will never comment on commercial deals. As far as we know Amazon won a bidding war for PIC and LD. They certainly aren't shy about throwing cash around so this would make more sense than Netflix backing out and then Amazon coming in with a lowball offer. But we're unlikely to know for sure for a long time.
