Not in the Golden Girls you couldn't. But oddly you could in Family Matters.
Golden Girls had way more cheesecake though.

I don't know if it is COVID, Climate Change or some other mixture of world problems, but I watched the fourth episode of Discovery season three last night and didn't seem to mind it as much as I used to. It wasn't incredible or the best Trek ever, but it was watchable.
Must be getting soft in my old age.
I really liked it. I choked up a bit at Michael's looking back at her little brother as an old man. Her reactions were great. And the Ni'Var were pretty much exactly what I would have expected of a hybrid Vulcan/Romulan culture.I’m not getting that soft. Watched “Unification III” last night... that was garbage.
How dare they? They're just a bunch of really emotional people![]()
Yeah, and I while I think that Discovery is the best thing that Star Trek has ever done, I do feel that it is a pretty major missed opportunity too.Yeah, DSC is the biggest missed opportunity in the history of the franchise. Far more than any lost potential ENT had.
Right.Literally the only reason I think they're making a mistake with SNW is because I think they're trying to appeal to old-school fans who will never fully approve of the series because it won't be exactly like TOS, or should I say "The Cage"? .
Nah, certainly not anything like that.It can't possibly be because Romijn, Mount, and Peck have once-in-a-generation chemistry and any producer would be a fool not to capitalize on it.
Literally the only reason I think they're making a mistake with SNW is because I think they're trying to appeal to old-school fans...
I think that’s just Mount doing most of the heavy lifting there. You could stick him on a ship with Harry Kim and Mayweather and he’d find a way to make them seem interesting.Right.

You're putting words in my mouth. I think they have pretty good chemistry too.Right.

Here's the deal: we're both looking forward to SNW. You more than I, but I'm not against it. You stay out of my way, I stay out of yours, and we'll get along great. Let's save it for the people who'll actually hate this show. One way or another, we'll have to co-exist in the SNW Forum, whether we like each other or not.Nah, certainly not anything like that.
Those grapes are pretty sour.
You might have a point if "Q&A" didn't exist. Besides, that's not how chemistry works.I think that’s just Mount doing most of the heavy lifting there. You could stick him on a ship with Harry Kim and Mayweather and he’d find a way to make them seem interesting.
"Literally the only reason..." is pretty implicit. You're putting words in my mouth. I think they have pretty good chemistry too.

"Literally the only reason I think they're making a mistake" is what I said. Re-read my post instead of skimming. And that concern was over Canonistas."Literally the only reason..." is pretty implicit.
