I had to do the Disney Plus route as my local cinema is playing games with the times and no one I knew wanted to see it. I would have gone on my own but my stupid cinema only does times when I was working. We'r emoving back to Albuquerque over the course of this week, so hopefully we'll be able to see it maybe Sunday. Depends on the weather. If it's really hot, I can convince the wife to go with me. lol
No shame.....I'm watching it on Disney Plus right now in my PJsI had to do the Disney Plus route as my local cinema is playing games with the times and no one I knew wanted to see it. I would have gone on my own but my stupid cinema only does times when I was working.
I think it's geared more for families.........$30 makes no sense for a single healthy person, however.........when you have 3 kids a family night at the theater can get costly. I had something odd happen this morning. I bought it for $19.99.......but saw it advertised for $29.99 and when I signed in with a Europe IP it was 21.99 Euro........I'm looking forward to seeing this movie.
But I find this whole "Premier Access" model on Disney Plus a little baffling. If for whatever reason I'm not able to see the movie in a theater on a humongous screen for $11, I'm not going to pay $30 to stream a movie that is just going to become a normal part of the Disney Plus catalog later this year. Plus, even if I spend that extra $30, the title is only available if my account is active... and I regularly deactivate my account for months at a time between seasons of shows I'm watching! So if I'm going to spend $30 on the movie, then I would rather wait a few months and spend that amount to own a physical disc that isn't tied down to a streaming account. And then there are the extra features on blu-ray. I'm not sure if those are included on Disney Plus.

To be fair it's been in the can since October 2019.........#thanksCOVIDThe movie is a couple of years too late but it explores some of Natasha's background well enough, introducing a second family besides the Avengers. Action was very cool and for the most part quite grounded, only the final battle put it over the top MCU style.
