This episode was as bonkers as I had hoped it would be. Lokis betraying Lokis (of course, President Loki was just another variant and not our Loki) in a chaotic realm undoubtedly chock-full of Easter eggs. But the best part was Richard E. Grant chewing all of the scenery, from beginning to end, stealing every scene from Tom Hiddleston (quite a feat, that!). However, the meat and bones of the episode was focused on the growing relationship between our Loki and Sylvie as well as how both of them have become more empathetic and not just towards each other. I can't wait to see what they've discovered beyond the guard dog Goliath.

Ravonna appears to truly not what's actually going on with the TVA, although I suppose it's still possible that she does know but that would be one hell of a long deception that would include the viewer when she's not around anyone. Honestly, it makes more sense that she simply doesn't know considering she started off as a hunter before becoming a judge and I don't think she learned the truth along the way prior to the events of the show.

As for the Easter eggs, the only ones that picked up on were the Thanos helicopter (:guffaw:), the statue head of the Living Tribunal, and the various references to The Avengers. Oh, and the title of the episode! Embarrassingly, I had to look up USS Eldridge to remind myself of its supposed connection with the Philadelphia Experiment. What other Easter eggs did people pick up? And what was with those weird peacock-like creatures?!

There was a very saucer section looking Federation-ish ship with nacelles also part of the debris.

Classic Loki conjuring up Asgard was a great scene. That actually blew my mind. President Loki scene was fun. The rest felt like set up to get the pieces in position for the big finale next week.

I am a little nervous for the finale. I hope it is satisfying. Just like with WandaVision, there are a bunch of unanswered questions. I hope they can answer them all and give us a good pay off.

It's a pretty, quirky episode but.... man did I find it boring. A lot of talking scenes again that seem to just be rehashing old ground, how long does it have to take to fight a cloud? They don't have any clear plan but they bang on about what they are going to do for ages before actually doing it and it was like the episode was just trying to stretch itself out so we'd have to wait another week to get answers. Car drives away from cloud, no we have to go back, car drives back to cloud, Loki runs away from cloud, Loki goes back to cloud. Loki and Sylvie have another quiet moment together even after all the quiet moments they had in the past two episodes, Loki and Sylvie walk to cloud again. This series could be one or two episodes shorter than it needed to be.

It's really annoying that one week I love the show and another week it's slow and I don't.

I think I've heard about that before but I don't remember where. I'll have to keep an eye out for that reference when I rewatch the series ahead of the finale.

There is a long-running "reality" TV show, eight seasons and counting, featuring two brother's quest to find the Treasures of Oak Island. Still waiting for them to find anything.

Hm, nope, that's not where I heard about it. That's going to bug me for awhile...

That sounds like the title of excellent TV adventure series.

Wow, Joss Whedon is behind the TVA after pruning Zack Snyder. Didn't see that coming but it makes so much sense now.

Has no one in this thread seriously mentioned Alligator Loki yet? For real? I expected him to become an instant meme star, dethroning Baby Yoda.

Great episode, not much more to say about it this week. The fight between all the Loki variants was easily the second highlight, after the awesomeness that is Alligator Loki.

Yeah, Alligator Loki was definitely a highlight.
This episode was a blast, I loved all of the stuff with the different Lokis, and we got some nice set ups for the finale.
I had assumed Revona was at least aware of what is really going on with the TVA, but from the way she was acting in this episode, it looks like she doesn't know any more than anybody else.
And from what it says in the wiki article he's also connected to Kang.

Loved the music when all the Lokis were brawling.

I wish there had been more than just the two Hiddleston Loki's.

Alligator Loki was indeed awesome but I was too distracted by Richard E. Grant chewing all of the scenery.

I don't think the universe is ready for that much Hiddleston in one scene. ;)
