DC Movies - To Infinity and Beyond

(Personally, my preference is that she's just good ol' traditional Kara Zor-El.)

We've already had that on TV for six years. I'd be curious to see a different take.

Considering she's heading into a solo movie I doubt it's gonna be someone other than Kara, but that doesn't preclude a different take than the show. We've had different takes on Bruce Wayne's Batmen, Bary Allen's Flashes, and even the upcoming Coates' Superman is going to be Kal-El...

Yes, its not as if the film division is at all concerned with doing another version of a character, when they are operating under their own standards and established universe that does not make decisions based on what was adapted by some TV series.

At the same time, there's nothing saying it can't NOT be a factor, if even a 10 second hypothetical question.
With Geoff Johns at least in the past having been involved on both sides of the medium, it could easily have been a creative discussion. We can't know for sure unless specifically told by anyone involved to which I don't think I've read anything to support either way.

I never said I expected the filmmakers to care about the TV version. I just said that I personally would be happy to see a different version explored. It was merely an expression of my own wishful thinking, with no expectation that reality would fulfill my wishes (as it rarely has before).

I could imagine Kara being a confident go-getter type out of costume instead of a female version of silver age Clark Kent like we see in the show.

Aside from Matt Reeves Bruce Wayne, Affleck and now Keaton's Bruce Wayne love humongous over the top Mercedes.

It's weird IMO to see Keaton's Bruce Wayne in such a flashy car. He only drove once in a low profile car to gotham. 90% of the time Alfred drove him around. Keatons Bruce Wayne was seen as more reclusive instead of flashy playboy.

I really hope we get to see the 1989 Batmobile, its still the best live action Batmobile in my opinion. But, they probably won't want to spend money on remaking it, unless they just make a shell for Keaton to sit in and use CG for the rest of it.

Please no. That car was awful and made no sense. It is far too bulky and horribly designed to even realistically drive properly. Ugh.
