Spoilers DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 6

Sorry, Episode 6x02 (Meat: The Legends) was a mess. I hope they get better.

(I know, simple statement, but I don't have anything else to say)

Oliver mashed all the Earths into one Earth.

53 earths.

53 x everything else in the galaxy.

It's conceivable that the Prime Milkyway Galaxy if 53 times larger than MIlkyway Galaxy One.

I'm sad to admit that when Ava said "The galaxy is 100s of billions of light years across." I let out a feint sigh.

It bugged me too, but hey, she's a time traveler, not a space traveler.

Also, the Gary/Kayla Aliens apparently have dimensionally transcendental digestive systems. Kind of a knockoff of Goose from Captain Marvel, much as the tiny alien in the robot suit knocked off the Arquilians from Men in Black.

So... they did a musical episode, sort of. And without any magical threats for Constantine to deal with this season, they're leaning into his punk rock roots now. (By the way, where did Astra go? I thought she was a regular this year, and she's in the main titles.)

A ring flies to you and says you have been chosen. It doesn’t crash land like a meteorite in a case.

I forgot about him. Didn’t he get a GL ring?
John Diggle did, but I don't think he's playing him in his Legends episode.
Really enjoyed the last couple episodes.
Meat: The Legends was a lot of fun, sure they probably didn't match things up with real history, Legends has never seemed to be concerned with that kind of thing. It's always given us goofy, comic book versions of the time periods they visit.
All of Behrad's burger stuff was pretty funny, he's quickly become a favorite of mine the last couple seasons. He's been a pretty good replacement for Ray as Nate's buddy.
I got a kick out of Zari 1.0 popping up to split the totem.
I'm definitely curious what exactly was going on with Amelia Earheart.
The Ex-Factor was fun to.
It was a kind of fun to see Zari have to go back to her old life again. This episode also did a lot to make Zari/Constantine relationship work for me.
Knoxicrillion singing and dancing at the end was hilarious.
Mick stomping on him was not how I expected his story to end, but felt right for the show and for Mick.

Abin Sur's ship crash-landed. It was later established as rare for GLs to use ships at all. So there can be exceptions to the rule. Especially since it's an adaptation and they can change anything they please, e.g. changing John Stewart's name to Diggle.

John Diggle did, but I don't think he's playing him in his Legends episode.

That was my understanding - Ramsey is playing Diggle on Superman & Lois, Supergirl, Batwoman and The Flash, but he is playing a different character on DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

In a new interview (beware minor storyline spoilers) at TVLine, David Ramsey briefly discusses the character. While unnamed, David Ramsey's discussion of the character plus the photo, leads me to believe he is playing
Bass Reeves
.

That was my thought as well. Though I wonder if they will also throw in the identical ancestor trope too.

Maybe they can borrow from Doctor Who and refer to it as "spatial genetic multiplicity". But I'm just fine with that real life figure being an ancestor of our beloved John Diggle/Stewart.
