Had a chance to see the final work on the new James Webb space telescope at Northrop- Grumman ... and HAD to visit the location shoot for Deneva. (Ironically, the cafeteria). It hasn’t changed very much at all since 1967!
Echo that! Exactly what I was thinking just from seeing the subject line - "OMG, any pictures?" Of course they might not really want visitors there taking pictures for obvious reasons.
They allow photos outside (and the folks having lunch were very amused by my antics).... but I’m an old boomer and can’t figure out how to share images.....
Old? Nonsense! If you're so inclined and have time, I bet tons here would love to see them. To share images, upload them to a site somewhere whose URL you don't mind sharing. Flickr, ImageShack, Photobucket, e.g. Then click on the image icon (to the right of the smiley face icon) in the menu bar that comes up when you post here. Copy the URL of the photo from the image sharing site and paste it into the box that comes up. You might only be able to add one pic at a time and I'm not sure how many are allowed in one post. See these rules for help: http://www.trekbbs.com/threads/rules-a-short-guide-to-posting-on-the-bbs.282269/#post-11662568 Maybe @1001001, mod and life schedule permitting, can correct any errors or omissions I may have made above. Hopefully we can see the pictures! No pressure, though. Your cool story was enough.
So I looked into the various photo sharing and.... it costs money and I’m cheap.. lol.. I posted it on my Twitter (same handle : pcz911) don’t feel obligated to follow me. My posts are dull
Not exactly. I see the "[IMG age]" tags and no images. R-Clicking on the tag and trying to open the image in another tab sends me to the Google Photos login screen. Here is a page that has purports to have instructions on how to do what you need to do using Google Photos (since that is where those "links" go I assume that is what you are trying to use.) https://www.rainsberger.ca/posts/20...to-image-in-google-photos-for-html-image-tag/ tip: I find it useful to open notepad and copy my links to it first, one-per-line, if I plan on multiple images in a single post. Then I copy those image links to the TreBBS editor and test them before submitting my post.
Just for Fun, (And inspired by the conversation here) I stuck the TRW building in my comic for today.
Hmm! That is a pretty neat building. I may have to try drawing it. On the other hand. BELGUIM, MAN! BELGIUM! Scott
