It's a proof of concept test. It uses about 350 watts during its brief flight. Perseverance's power source for the whole rover is 110 watts, although there are two lithium-ion rechargeable batteries to help during peak demands.90 seconds isn't a lot of flight time though is it?
I mean you can pop up look around and maybe scout a path further on but then you have to land again to recharge.
